AyA Delights is a homemade artisan sourdough bakery born in Miami, rooted in Uruguayan and Cuban tradition. Every loaf begins with a naturally fermented starter and is shaped, scored, and baked by hand — the way bread was meant to be made.
From our classic Batard to the citrus-kissed Sunshine Loaf and the bold El Mojo, each creation tells a story. We use simple, real ingredients — flour, water, salt, and time — letting the craft speak for itself.
