Farmers Market Software for Colorado Organizers
Manage your vendors, food trucks, and sponsors in one place. Collect applications, send approvals, assign spaces on a map, take payments, and email everyone — from a single dashboard.
It works like Eventbrite or Airbnb, but built for farmers markets and local events. Free for hosts — we only take a small transaction fee when a vendor pays.

How a Host Uses Unite Worldwide
From the first application to the last payout, here is the entire process — start to finish.

1. List your market or event
Add your dates, space types, prices, rules, and custom application questions. Whether you run a weekly market in Boulder or a one-day festival in Durango, your listing is live in minutes.
2. Collect applications online
Vendors, food trucks, and sponsors apply through your listing instead of email or paper forms. Ask for exactly what you need — licenses, insurance, photos, product details — and everything is saved to your vendor list automatically.
3. Approve with one click
Review every application in one dashboard. Approve, waitlist, or decline — the applicant gets an automatic email either way. No more chasing replies or digging through an inbox.
4. Assign spaces on your map
Build a drag-and-drop layout of your market and color-code space types with their own pricing. Let vendors pick an available space themselves, or assign them yourself. Availability updates in real time so nothing gets double-booked.
5. Get paid automatically
Vendors pay their space fees online by card, and the money is deposited to your bank account through Stripe. Send invoices for vendors who pay later, issue refunds in a click, and run coupon codes when you want to fill a slow date.
Real Markets. Real Organizers.
Thousands of vendors, food trucks, and community events run on Unite Worldwide every week.

Built for Colorado's Market Season
Colorado hosts well over a hundred farmers markets and hundreds of seasonal fairs, craft shows, and community events — from the Boulder County Farmers Markets to neighborhood markets in Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, and Durango. Many of them run a short spring-through-fall season, which means every market day matters and a full roster has to come together quickly.
Unite Worldwide replaces the spreadsheets, paper applications, and email threads that Colorado organizers typically rely on with a single platform: applications come in online, approvals go out automatically, spaces are assigned on a visual map, and vendor fees are collected and deposited without anyone chasing a check. You can also browse our national market directory to see how markets are listed for shoppers and vendors.

Common Questions from Organizers
How much does Unite Worldwide cost for a Colorado market?
It is free for hosts. There is no monthly fee and no cost to list your market or collect applications. We charge a 2–5% platform fee only on vendor payments processed through the platform, plus standard Stripe card processing fees. Higher plans can lower your platform fee to 0%.
Who actually pays — me or the vendors?
Vendors pay their space fees online by card at the time they reserve. The money is deposited to your bank account through Stripe, and you can track every payment and payout from your dashboard.
Can I manage food trucks and sponsors, not just vendors?
Yes. You can create space types and application questions for anything you need — produce vendors, prepared food, food trucks, artisans, and sponsor packages. Each type can have its own pricing, so a sponsor booth and a 10x10 vendor space are handled in the same system.
Does it work for one-day fairs and recurring weekly markets?
Both. Recurring markets can set a weekly schedule with the same layout each week, while one-day fairs, festivals, and holiday markets can be set up as a single date. Multi-day events support bundle pricing for vendors who book the same space across several days.
Do vendors need an account to apply?
No. Vendors can apply as guests through your listing. If they do create an account, they get a vendor portal where they can manage their own profile, applications, and bookings.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most organizers publish their first listing in under 30 minutes. Add your dates, space types, and application questions, share the link with your vendor list, and applications start arriving immediately.
