Texas International Soccer Cup Tournament Sunday May 24th – Monday May 26th (ages 8-20). Brands can come out Friday from 6-8 if they would like to as a handful of games start on Friday as well!
Brands need to set up and leave the same day. We do not recommend leaving anything there over night — we are not responsible for anything if left there overnight.

The Texas International Soccer Cup is a premier youth international soccer tournament hosted in The City of Arlington, Texas. This tournament attracts teams from across the country and internationally, showcasing the best talent, fostering fair play and sportsmanship, and developing future soccer stars. The tournament features various competition formats for boys and girls from U9 to U20 age groups, sanctioned by US Club Soccer, PSS, and FYSA. Participants gain competitive experience, coaching and development, camaraderie, and a path to success, making the Texas International Cup an investment in the future of youth soccer.
Insurance. Vendor shall obtain and maintain a policy or policies of insurance as listed above. These documents are to be presented immediately upon request. The vendor will take sole responsibility for any incident. Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and The City of Arlington will not be held responsible for any incident.
Indemnification. Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold and save Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (together, the “Indemnified Parties”), harmless from any and all claims, suits, demands, debts, undertakings or proceedings of any kind or nature, whether meritorious or frivolous, in any way arising out of the Vendor’s use of the Space, including liability caused in whole or in part by the Indemnified Parties. Vendor shall, at its own expense, appear, defend, and pay all attorneys’ fees and all costs and other expenses arising therefrom or incurred in connection therewith; and, if any judgment shall be rendered against the Indemnified Parties in any such action, Vendor shall, at its own expense, satisfy and discharge same. This acts as the release of liability form. Vendor understands the release of liability form and hereby agrees. Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability whatsoever to Vendor, its employees, agents, personal representatives, contractors and subcontractors, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to person or property or resulting in death, except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington, its employees, agents, representatives, or contractors and subcontractors, while Vendor or its employees, clients, invitees, guests, agents, representatives, or contractors and subcontractors are in, upon, or about Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington premises, including use of any facilities or equipment therein. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from the Vendors operations at Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington premises or any Vendor Market event, including but not limited to use and occupancy of Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. Vendor hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may be incurred arising from Vendor’s operations at the Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington premises, including but not limited to use of the Unite Worldwide, Inc., Premier Soccer Services, The Texas International Cup, and/or The City of Arlington’s equipment or facilities, unless such harms arise out of Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. In case any action is brought against any indemnified party, and it notifies the indemnifying party of the commencement thereof, the indemnifying party will be entitled to participate in the action, and, after notice from the indemnifying party to the indemnified party, to assume the defense of the action and appoint counsel. In the event the indemnifying party elects to assume the defense of any suit or other action, the indemnified party may retain additional counsel but the indemnified party shall bear the fees and expenses of any additional counsel. Vendor further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity language (paragraphs above) is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of such provisions shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
